For this research report, Transamerica Employee Benefits (TEB) asked me to analyze an in-house survey and report on my findings.

Transamerica asked me to find themes in 1,649 customer survey responses about long-term caregiving and to create an engaging document explaining what we found.

The Problem: They needed to learn more about their customers’ feelings, beliefs, and plans surrounding caregiving and to explain how that knowledge could help brokers and potential customers.

The Solution: I wrote rough drafts of all documents, web copy, and emails for a multi-deliverable marketing campaign, in collaboration with over a dozen editors, graphic designers, project managers, legal experts, and other stakeholders.
